The payment schedule, due dates, taxes, cancellation terms, and any travel commitments are stated in the approved quotation and signed agreement. No generic website answer replaces those documents.
Destination coverage may be available after a travel and logistics review. Travel, stay, permits, local restrictions, and team movement are clarified in the written proposal.
Crew size is recommended after reviewing the number of events, parallel locations, guest scale, rituals, venue access, and required photography and film coverage.
Both-side or parallel coverage can be planned when the schedule and locations require it. The assigned teams and reporting times are confirmed in the proposal.
Preview, editing, review, album, and final-delivery milestones are confirmed for each booking in writing. Timelines can vary with event scale, selections, approvals, revisions, and production workload.
A cinematic film is a selectively edited story, while traditional video is a more chronological record of ceremonies and events. Exact duration, coverage, audio, chapters, and delivery format are confirmed in the quotation.
RAW photographs, unedited footage, project files, and archive periods are not assumed. They are included only when expressly listed in the approved quotation or agreement.
Album size, page count, paper, cover, parent copies, proofing rounds, production time, and price are selected and confirmed before the album order is placed.
It is an optional creative service that may combine real photography with clearly disclosed AI-assisted concepts. It is shown or sold only when the service has been enabled and its scope has been approved.
Coverage locations are reviewed against availability, travel, venue access, logistics, and the production scope required for each enquiry.
Professional camera, audio, lighting, stabilisation, and backup equipment is selected for each assignment. Specific brands or models may change and are not a contractual promise unless written into the proposal.
WedHues reviews replacement and contingency options according to the signed agreement, available team capacity, travel conditions, and the circumstances of the booking.
