This policy governs post-production, editing, delivery, album design, revisions, approvals, storage, and file access for WedHues projects by RaySeven Productions PVT LTD.
1. Estimated timelines
Delivery timelines depend on event scale, season workload, data volume, number of rituals, travel schedules, pending payments, client selections, client approvals, revision requests, album design, and technical factors. Any timeline shared verbally or on the website is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
| Deliverable | Usual estimate |
|---|---|
| Preview/highlight photographs | Generally 7–21 working days if included. |
| Full edited photograph gallery | Generally 8–16 weeks after event completion, depending on scale. |
| Wedding teaser/reel | Generally 4–10 weeks if included and if music/selection inputs are ready. |
| Highlight/cinematic film | Generally 12–24 weeks depending on project complexity. |
| Album design | Begins after client photo selection and payment clearance. |
2. Client delays pause delivery
Delivery timelines pause automatically if the Client delays photo selection, song choice, family names, spelling confirmation, payment, album approval, revision response, address confirmation, or any required input. We are not responsible for delay caused by pending Client action.
3. Editing style
Our editing style is cinematic, natural, premium, and story-focused. The Client accepts our creative judgment over image selection, color grading, retouching, black-and-white conversion, sequence, music mood, pacing, and storytelling. We do not provide unrealistic body reshaping, face alteration, background replacement, heavy manipulation, guest-by-guest retouching, or artificial reconstruction unless quoted separately.
4. Culling and final selection
Not every captured frame is delivered. We remove duplicates, test shots, misfires, unflattering frames, technical failures, closed-eye shots, repeated moments, poor lighting frames, and internal reference footage. The Company is not required to deliver rejected or culled material.
5. Revisions
Unless the quotation says otherwise, reasonable minor revisions may be included only for album layouts and selected video edits. Revisions must be specific, consolidated, and submitted within the review window. New concepts, changed music after edit lock, changed sequence after approval, additional versions, vertical crops, vendor-specific edits, social media variants, or repeated preference changes are chargeable.
6. Album selection and approval
Album design starts only after the Client provides final photo selections. Once an album design is approved for print, the Client is responsible for errors that were visible in the approved design, including spelling, order, image choice, page sequence, and layout preference. Minor color/print variation is normal in physical production. Reprints are chargeable unless the printer confirms a production defect.
7. File delivery and download responsibility
Final files may be delivered through online gallery, cloud link, drive link, hard drive, album, courier, or another agreed method. The Client must download, verify, and back up delivered files within the available download window. Gallery links and cloud folders may expire, be reorganised, or be removed after the project is complete.
8. Storage and archives
We take reasonable care with project files, but we do not guarantee indefinite storage. Raw files, project files, galleries, and archives may be deleted, moved, compressed, or made unavailable after completion unless a paid archive plan or written retention commitment exists. Clients must preserve their own copies.
9. Urgent delivery
Rush edits, same-week teasers, next-day reels, priority album design, or urgent vendor deliverables are available only if accepted in writing and may attract additional charges. Rush requests do not guarantee a particular outcome unless we expressly confirm it.
10. Final acceptance
Any issue with delivered files must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery for photographs/galleries and within 7 days of video/album proof delivery. If no issue is raised within this period, the deliverable will be treated as accepted, subject to applicable law.
